Method of Payment

We accept all major credit cards. Because your order is custom printed, your credit card will be charged immediately when your order is released into production. Do to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

Printing Charges

  • Minimum of 100 per design.
  • Up to 10/12 lines, 14 characters per line including spaces.
  • We will print up to 10/12 lines. Each additional line add $2.00 each. Maximum 15 lines. 15+ lines requires stamping dye-call for cost.
  • Vertical print $10.00 fee.


Due to custom nature of our products all sales are final. Custom printed or engraved products cannot be returned unless meeting the following criteria: We made a customization error or your awards arrived damaged. We require notification of errors or damaged products within 30/60 days for full replacement. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number.


Many of our custom products are handmade and individually crafted. Actual product colors, sizes and styles may vary slightly from how it’s depicted in the catalog or website. During the peak months/ during the months of April and May we may need longer to process your order.


We ship using UPS delivery services. Once a package is picked up by a UPS, UPS time-in-transit and terms and conditions of delivery apply to your order. Because of the eBP (e-tailor Brokerage Program) with UPS, additional charges may apply for residential shipments. Shipping prices may be subject to UPS surcharge.

RUSH Processing

Expedited processing is available. Call for pricing and details. Upgraded UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air is available upon request and subject to UPS rates.
